How to Boost Your Immune System...Corona Time and Other wise

Some nutrients are advised for immunity against Corona Virus [Covid 19]. If you want to boost your immunity you can include them.
·        In early morning without eating anything, eat three Ajwah dates, if Ajwah is not available, then eat any date but you must open the date with hands and check there is no insect in it.
·        Drink plenty of water.
·        Eat seasonal orange and drink orange juice but make sure it is fresh.
·        Drink one cup of soup [Yakhni] of mutton or organic [desi] chicken in the morning and one in the evening.
·        Daily once or twice a day, eat Black seeds [Nigella seeds/Kalonji], equal to the one forth [1/4] teaspoon by properly chewing in the mouth.
·        Must eat daily one spoon of pure honey in the morning and evening/
·        Boil the leaves of few fresh mints in hot water, drink like tea with sugar.
·        Daily eat at least one banana.
·        Daily must gargle your throat with hot water at least thrice a day.
·        Avoid having frozen/cold things.
In Shaa Allaah, all these things will enhance your immune system, and will prove to be beneficial in making the virus ineffective.
