                                 ALMS (ZAAKAT زکوٰۃ) OF THE BODY

 

The Holy Prophet Muhammad  (صلّی اللہ علیہ وسلّم) said,



"Fasting is half patience. 

There is alms (zakatزکوٰۃ ) due on all things and the zakat of the body is

 fasting."
