Quraan-Allaah take oath by the city of Makkah

Allaah Subhaanhu Wa Ta'aalaa 

says in the Quraan…….

I take an oath by this city of Makkah, (Although I am independent and have no need to swear an oath). I swear by this city (not because the Ka'bah, Hateem, Hajr e Aswad, and the Safaa Marwa are here. But because  ‘O Beloved your blessed feet touch the soil of the city”
