Hazrat Sahl ibn Sa’ad [Radiyal Laah Anhu] reports that the Holy Prophet
[Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam] said,
“There is a door in Holy Paradise (Jannat) which is
called ‘Raiy’yaan’. On the day of Qiyaamat, only those
who kept fast will enter (Jannat) through this door. With
the exception of them, none other will be permitted to
enter through this door. It will be announced,
‘Where are
those who kept fast?’ Then they will stand up. With the
exception of them, none will be able to enter through this
door of Jannat. When all those who kept fast pass
through this door, it shall be closed and none will enter
through it again.”
